Machine Description:

N40 CNC hobbing machine is a 6 axis and 8 axis CNC hobbing machine, equipped with the HIgerman CNC system, can be developed or indexed by the way of machining gear shaft, pinion (straight teeth, helical teeth, drum teeth, cone teeth, etc.). The axial feed Z-axis consists of Z and Z1 axes, which can be moved individually or simultaneously, making product loading and unloading easier and laying the foundation for automation. Workpiece worktable and tailstock worktable adopt 2 axes (C and C1) to rotate synchronously, so that the work piece is firmer when double top machining. Machine Features:
